the 22% that isn't buying is asked to come up with a reason; the DLJ survey begs the question, requires a response. survey bias implies that any person (including a business) will come up with a reason (to make themselves look good) if no true valid reason is expressly at hand. (Dell is also growing stronger in the home market which will compliment their increasing worldwide business sales). if no valid reason is at hand they invent one. EVERY summer for the past four years a firm has come out with similar scenario only for different reasons each time.
