When did AMS get 2.4 million in cash? I used to own some shares when the company was almost broke. I sold immediately after the last 'change of line of business '. Very amusing. Good luck.

OK Alex If you persist I will post.I didn't want to but someone has to set his straight to answer where the money(new) has come from and just what is faced here; On Feb 10/99--CompanyCancelled 50,000 director options at .22 and approved 525,000 options at .15 per share expiring on Feb 10,2001.These were approved on Feb 25,1999. On Apr 14/99-- Company proposed 400,000 director employee incentive options at .15 exercisable before April 13,2001 and these were approved on April 20th 1999. On Apr 19/99--Company proposed 655,000 director/employee options at .15/share expiring April 19/2001 approved on April 22/1999 On May 12/99--Company approved 1,200,000 employee/director options at .16/share expiring May 11/2001...
