TO ALL: I have received some calls about the current status of ASTGQ. Not much is new since my last posting of 6/8/99. The first meeting of creditors took place today in bankruptcy court. I understand no one appeared for ASTG. Therefore, the trustee in bankruptcy will begin proceedings to dismiss the petition and return the company to the status it had before filing. I have heard nothing from the various judgment creditors concerning settlement of the cases. Joe Lanza may be engaged in discussions, and anyone interested in that matter should call Mario Lanza at 1-800-959-9122. Some of you want numbers to contact the SEC.
