I disagree ... I have a lot of private companies wanting to go public and they would prefer the warrants to be over the limit price for small caops. Even PAYP is making a loan for warrants at $2.50 and the stock is at .25 ....

This kills the arbitrage. Also allows for the focus to be on the common.

This is premature but I doubt seriously if it comes back trading the warrants holders (which technically are not investors/shareholders)will have a whole lot fo happiness in what will be determined by whoever comes into the shell ...

If I was to bring my personal company in I would put the warrants at $5.00 so I could at least have a chance to hold the smallcaps ..
