Where did you find this? I sent a copy to Eric Lowe (GLFC) for their feedback..I haven't seen anything on this under Time Warner, Accolade, Greenleaf, WAMO, etc, etc.

Eric wrote back and furnished the following information about the news release. It is really too bad they didn't include the stock symbols, I've spoke with several other investors who said they did not know any news was out as well. Warner made this announcement on June 7, 1999. Go to www.businesswire.com <http://www.businesswire.com> and click on the search button it brings up a search window. In the Full Text box type in "Greenleaf" and it brings up the release. The release did not show on any stock wire service (e.g. yahoo stock quotes or pcquote) because the stock symbol was not included in the release. A keyword search on www.cbsmarketwatch.com <http://www.cbsmarketwatch.com> using "Greenleaf" brings up the release as well . marketwatch.newsalert.com <http://www.marketwatch.newsalert.com/bin/headlines?Query=Greenleaf&search=S earch&SearchOption=boolean> &search=Search&SearchOption=boolean. We have alo posted it on our website ( www.glfc.com <http://www.glfc.com> ).
