If I remember that conversation with Brad, he also indicated that it has become much more difficult and costly to do a startup; that chip makers preferred to do 1 stop shopping to the largest degree possible; and that getting evaluation tools into the front door of any chip maker would become increasingly difficult for startups.

It sounded to me as if MTSN was almost certain to be Brad's last startup.

I expect (hope) that he will take it all the way.
