Mastercard has 50 million outlets. Some of them must also be ATMs. Wonder how a fingerprint smart card would be integrated into an ATM network that so far seems to be aiming at facial recognition? Layered (multiple) biometrics on one card? Should IDX be working on the IDT facial recognition technology for future Mastercard and Visa sales?
