Who was the source of your leaked info on Friday, May 28th 1999 at 5:10 pm when the material event (Hwang's resignation) that transpired occured less than 1 hour before on that same date, and was not subsequently released in the form of a press release until nearly 5 days later? Don't you find it peculiar that someone such as yourself who is an unabashed basher was privileged to inside info? Plus why did you feel the need to circulate this information to particular people who you perceived to be in financial durress? Did you presume that Craig Goodstadt was in durress, and not even enquire that he was an attorney and under professional neccesity to report your disclosure of trading on inside information that you transmitted to him via PM ie a private message? Plus how do you account for the same exact words written in this PM to CG, esquire were the same exact words VERBATIM that were caught on record from one Dixie7777 aka Rich Cantwell ? Please answer these questions as soon as possible. Any failure to do so will be unequivocably construed as an admission of guilt to both your duplicity and violations of both SI "Terms of Use" and SEC violations.
