The fact that a cusip number exists means it was issued by the appropriate agency. The company will have to complete the process of filing for trading status, and registering shares for trading and or sale, before any brokerage firm will care let alone put themselves out. The company is following a predetermined plan. This includes acquisitions, business plan modelling that creates profits and shareholder value and strategic partnerships. If successful the wait will never be remembered.

I just deposited my certificate with Waterhouse. They did not have a problem accepting it.

Warm regards
