Let me be more specific;

Were you told that John Hwang resigned or were you told or led to believe that he was allowed to resign because they could not fund his effort?

Were you told that the rest of management resigned or were you led to believe that they were not producing and were allowed to leave.

Just trying to get a clear picture of wht you were led to believe?
