Mr. Nittany Lion,

Joint venture between the two (2)? Try , at least three(3). What about Ernst & Young?

Dr. Keppeler with GBR Ernst & Young in Basel, Switzerland are world known experts in Swiss Banking and the standards for performance presentation. They were very active in updating Liechtenstein Banking and Mutual Fund regulations. Dr. Keppeler has agreed to oversee the application and implementation for the secure processing system for Internet financial institutions for the total back office management and accounting systems as offered by WINR. This new processing system will be known as SecureNet-Plus and will be linked to a new financial network to be called, ''The SecureNet-Plus Network.''

You should re-read my post on RB concerning the "Big Five"accounting firms and what they provide. For instance they all have strong connection to investment side banking. Ask yourself this question. Where are WINR/CMS getting all the money to do this? My only question is how much?

1.) How much of the new European company will WINR own. (substantial)
2.) How much money (if any) have investment bankers underwritten/loaned this new entity.
3.) How much longer before people really begin to realize how big this really is.

We as WINR shareholders will own a "substantial" part of this new international internet banking platform. At the same time we stay independent to market our product to any other E-commerce entity and 40% less expense because of the deal negotiated with CMS/CLT. So far looks pretty damn good from here.

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
