as a DOUBLE from these prices within a year.

No way of telling if it's short covering or outright buys... they're all the same... unless you're short and are frantically trying to cover, you'll never know! Late reports are all you have on shorts... unless you're the broker and even then what goes on in other brokerages is invisble to you...
