Update from RB post: TO ALL I just spoke with the atty for ALLSTAR RESORTS, Mr. Barberi. He is a very nice gentleman, and I have no doubt of what he told me to be anything other than truthful. I will tell you that their INTENTION, and I mean INTENTION is to close the loan on the 14th even though they have until the 15th. I spoke with Peggy (of MPTV) yesterday and this was also what she stated to me. And she too is a very nice woman (remember, if you use a nasty tone of voice w/someone--don't expect them to be nice back to you--get the picture Ironman). Also, ALLSTAR RESORTS put up 1 million dollars in good faith and that is why the court extended the foreclosure until the 15th and allowed for the TRO (Temp Restraining Order). Again, I was told that this is their plan and INTENTION (as we know, unplanned things can happen to change this). They want this done more than you and I. We have been disappointed BUT so have they. IMHO, I believe it will be done. Take it for what its worth. I'm in as I've stated before for the next 6-18 months. GO MPTV and to Mr. Barberi and Peggy, thank you for clearing up my own personal questions. I hope this thing happens as we all would like, but if not, C'est la vie! You know how the courts work!
