Frank: I think we have a lot of confused Fund Managers out there today. They are unsure about the hardware sector. It's tough for many of them to digest the DLJ report (or misinformation)..!! The key is to DIG DEEP (like Janus) and really understand the fundamentals and strength of each company .. DELL will rise again.
