Knipscheid RE: Fleckenstein... When someone states that what you are doing is illegal, and further states that after the SEC investigates then you are going to jail. If you don't think such remarks are damming then exactly what would be damming to you? Remember the law gives you the right to make such statements if you can prove that they are true. If you can't then it is known as defamation of character or reputation in which case you pay. Generally only politicians can get away with such verbal abuse against each other in which case such remarks are overlooked. Any attorneys please correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway word is that Dean Witter legal is looking into the matter at this time.
