Looks like Intel has developed the worlds slowest 0.18 micron process.

Perhaps they will have to "jack up" the desktop voltages to get competitive parts.

As far as Mot, they announced about 6 months ago and you can order them from your favorite distributor. Speeds are 3ns(fastest grade) so they can work up to 650Mhz with double pumped data.

PS how much is that 256Mb of RDRAM going to cost.
