The IR. is new and they wanted to be working for (NIGI)the company as there IR firm, when they found out that Mr Werber was a part of ***NIGI*** I was told they are all very pleased with this addition to there expansive group. The next bit of news should talk about there T.V. Production I'm hearing of. It should be very exciting when they have the contracts finished. Clip from the news on Mr. Werber.......... >>>> Werber formed Sirius after electing, in March of this year, to leave his position as senior vice president of worldwide co-productions and acquisitions at Warner Bros., a subsidiary of Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX). During his 3 1/2 years at Warner Bros., Werber was responsible for reinvigorating the studio's independent film co-productions and acquisitions as well as launching its local language film production in numerous international territories including Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Latin America. Prior to joining Warner Bros. in 1996, Werber spent 10 years at Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. in a similar capacity. Werber was quoted as saying, "Having run acquisitions and co-productions at two major studios, I have come to the conclusion that the profits generated from the worldwide independent arena are more impressive to the individual investor than the majors and the marketplace cycle is ripe to deliver substantial profits through my own company. In essence, I intend to do for Sirius, Nightwing and its investors that which I have successfully done for the majors for well over a decade." Sirius will focus its efforts on developing, packaging and producing what Werber labels "sanely-budgeted" English language films with inherent international appeal so as to capitalize on the existing market dynamics that have created substantial international demand for such product. Through Sirius, Werber will also continue his involvement with family films as well as local language production in select international territories. Additionally, Sirius will establish a division devoted to managing an elite group of international talent. Werber will be leaving shortly to attend the Cannes Film Festival after which he will be traveling throughout Europe to secure Sirius Entertainment's position as the preeminent international independent film production and talent management company. In a recent release, Nightwing, an entertainment and multimedia company, announced it had acquired an 80% interest in I-ZONE Inc. a company that designs, and will own and operate high-tech/interactive multimedia location-based entertainment facilities.<<< For more info call the company and ask for Richard or the IR. firm. the company number is 1-888-858-5506 Regards, Jim....
