<re: $2.25 per trade commissions> That is interesting, I didn't know you could trade via direct access ANYWHERE for those kind of low commissions. Direct access is really still pretty expensive (commission-wise) compared to the web brokers... of course, the fills are so much better it pays for itself. But, there is plenty of room for improvement, which will come with all the competition between the gazillion daytrading brokerages. They'll put pressure on the clearing firms, and on each other to drive prices down to more reasonable levels. Some of them are making a real killing on us, every day! Just do the math, assuming half your commission goes to their bottom line... I'll look forward to seeing your schedule -- Interesting.
