Chuck You've got that right! Though I don't believe they're in a quandary about what to do. I expect they're working to a rather well planned program which is already into about it's tenth year of operation. People here seem to have little idea of what goes on or what it takes to have such a complex set up. The opening and establishment of the DeBeers office in Vancouver was IMO of far greater significance than most people seem to recognize. George Burns the #1 guy is a longterm DB man and a real smoothie. Back in January he was in almost daily contact with You Know Who The extent of the Anglo, and DB reshuffling doesn't seem to be recognized by many, but again IMHO it amounts to a virtual global reorganization for that huge empire. You set my antena vibrating with your comment about "the nature of My work", but I mustn't pry. I hope and believe that RT will have greater success in negotiating the final snap deal than we have seen so far on other deals. Sorry to be wandering off subject here but it's hard to separate when the levels of involvement are so intertwined. Cheers
