I dont know but the PR of a buyback sure comes in with
pretty good timing for the shareholders meeting...........

I'm staying put to see if they can deliver.

They seem to be very self-supporting in their financial matters and I would consider that admirable.

Just talked to Clearworks. Yes, they do have the funds in hand for both expansion and share buyback.

Didn't find out how they had cash, but they've got it.

6M in the float, they'll buy back 1M.

They're preparing their initial SEC filings now, should occur in the next week or so. Waiting to look at their assets......
