More on the Hammer;Message 9809082 To: The Swordsman (29271 ) From: Hammer- Thursday, May 27 1999 7:14PM ET Reply # of 30592 The second guy is not a straw man...he represents the INVESTORS' interests...which are ours as well. That is, those of us who actually own TSIG stock and aren't just endlessly bashing no matter what happens in an attempt to short the stock even further. Hammer Notice the confidence that the second guy is absolutely not a straw man. How's he know? And then I like the part about he represents the INVESTORS' interests...which are ours as well. Then he goes and catches himself up and elaborates that it's those of us who actually own TSIG stock⦠I can read into that that he is not an SI investor. Message 9778903 To: V$gas.Com (29082 ) From: Hammer- Wednesday, May 26 1999 4:41PM ET Reply # of 30592 I heartily agree that threats are not the way to get anything accomplished. As V$gas has pointed out, threats will only make TSIG less likely to listen to any shareholder requests, whether they involve appointing someone to the Board, or otherwise. In addition, V$gas's point that the number of shares held by the pro-Marty faction can not be verified is extremely valid. Also, from what I have heard, there is a fairly large group of investors who are not very interested in having Marty on the board...perhaps they don't feel that his qualifications are impressive enough. Maybe they would like to put up their own candidate for a Board seat. These guys put money into the company day in and day out when Silicon Investor posters and others are getting scared and selling like crazy. Marty doesn't know of any potential sources of capital for TSIG, while these investors bring cash to the table on a regular basis. Who is more deserving of a Board seat? As far as the argument for giving Marty a Board seat in order to reassure investors, we have to remember that the purpose of the company is to make money, not to hold the hands of the stockholders. TSIG can't take action that it doesn't believe to be fundamentally correct simply to make people feel better about their investments. If you don't believe in the company, you shouldn't own its stock. Hammer Notice the diminishment of the importance of you and I and the rest of the SI investors. And this diminishment is in direct contrast to the so-called real investors as identified by this post from a brand new poster. Kinda makes me wonder if this person or persons has/have been gaming the stock over the past year or so and fleecing the SI investors. After all we're obviously not that important. Just here to be used, right. Who is this guy that he knows all about these so-called investors? And if he is really one of the SI investors, since when does a SI poster believe that his investment is worth that much less than the other PP investors ? From these grammatical anomalies I'd say that Hammer has a very close connection to the inside. Someone at TSIG or someone with the PP holders or even the venerable Mr. BD himself. How does this guy know whether or not Marty has sources of cash or not? Who is this person to make a judgement on the qualifications of Dr. Frankel vs the supposed unknown? Conclusion; I think that this poster represents someone other than us here at SI. If he's a PP investor please note the disdain and borderline contempt he holds the SI investor. Further to that, it's painfully obvious that the PP holders couldn't give a rats ass about the shareholders if my assumptions are accurate. Be careful who you trust. And yeah yeah I know what have I done for you lately. I won't tell you. You should go ask those that may have gotten out, or trimmed back because of Ditch's or Zeev's or even because of my posts. They're probably not that many but ask them and maybe they'll tell you. We didn't cause this drop. It's caused by DILUTION. And it's not going to stop, imho. SC
