We could sell for 60-75 cents easy. Easily done since last June 1998 with a easy phone call. Without paying commissions and more dilution and 1 year paid vacations!

That would have been for our cash only! Then a spinoff of IL-1 technology could be in shareholders pockets for FREE.

The spinoff of IL-1 was presented to Bruce Galton more than a year ago by Bluestone Capital. It was turned down.

So, anybody that is interested in buying CIST is not interested in the $31 million + royalties agreement with PMC?

If somebody does buy CIST because of the $31 million + royalties agreement, how much should they be willing to pay for that part of CIST's potential?

By the way, what makes you think the $31 million + royalties agreement is worthless and impossible to obtain?
