David,

<<nothing has changed>>

I completely agree, but losing $76,000 in my portfolio from 5/28 until 5 minutes ago doesn't make me feel any better. I would imagine someone somewhere knows something, this type of sell-off usually preceeds some kind of bad news.

Regards,

Rob

Should be NO surprise...

that CKFR is weaker after it broke $40.50 recently. I agree with TLindt, CKFR could test the $28-29 area before it's all over. I'm chompin' at the bit to buy some down there. Here's to hoping!

Big Al, I guess playing the Fri. "CKFR" game for pride is o.k., but I won't feel "proud" until I swoop down and pick some CKFR up at/near the right time. Then I'll hold on for rosier times ahead <g>

Best of luck SCOTT

>>>A few months back this almost same group of underwriters did the NITE secondary. Same thing, stock trading in the mid 40s, dropped back to the mid 30s, offering completed, consolidated for next month and then more than doubled.

I looked at that S3 filed on that NITE offering too....seems there were three large insiders that each sold 450k shares included as part of their secondary offering.

Those birds must encourage that...so they can boast about town later down the road when the stock seeks it pre-offering highs that they can offer their buddy clients a deal on a high flying stocks.

Sorry it was an S8, and they gave the same lame excuse for what they were going to do with the proceeds also.
