My first reaction to the BIS statement quoted would be "jawboning".

My second reaction is that the Fed's role is not to decide when Investors have made enough or too much money investing in America's growth.

I still trust that when it comes time to vote one way or the other, the fed will act based upon fact rather than rhetoric.

We'll know on June 30th.
