kathryn, i would also try clicking once on the SI page frame that you want to print, prior to printing. sometimes that makes a difference. just try it. (mmmm, lunch!) :) mark

anyone, twice in last two days, upon closing a communicator 4.51 window, i get a crash with the following 'blue screen of death' message: "Invalid VxD dynamic link call from VWIN32(04) + 000015C0 to device "0002", service1. Your Windows configuration is invalid. Run the Windows setup program again to correct this problem." will reinstalling netscape again fix this? or is it an os prob that netscape has no effect on? any help? suggestions? (i posted this on the netscape users group but hope someone here has some input.) :) mark
