Funny thing I read on DejaNews hunting thread. Some guy was wondering how much ammo to stockpile for Y2K and assorted end of the world biz. He was looking at 10,000+ rounds for his .308 alone - something like 60k rounds total. Holy shit, Rocky! He was serious about spending about 25 grand on ammo which would weigh in at over a ton. I would like to know the odds of shooting off 60k rounds at bad guys without getting popped yourself are? -g- That doesn't include how a bullet goes down a barrel that looks like a piece of overboiled spaghetti. -g-
