Here's my two cents worth, if we lived in a perfect world than midl
would buy back all the shares that were sold under false pretenses
at the exact price people paid for them. Do I think we live in a perfect world, of course not :-)

I would agree except the 35:1 does not include the penalties for the P for years which brings it to 42.5 to 1.

As far as dropping of the Ws to .50 ... the BOD can do whatever they want on the exercise price. They do not need a shareholder vote.

They do however need a shareholder vote to authorize more stock to conver the P.
