Since I abhor class action lawyers, I'm not sure how these things work. Do you pick one of the many filing suits and sign on with one? What are the potential consequences of choosing one over another? Or is everyone in the class automaticly represented? Still holding my shares, not tendering, not selling (so someone else can tender them). I think there is a better deal waiting in the wings, which will be better for shareholders, and not for management... james
