Yes it is. I think the internet and the overall increase in the retail investors knowledge of such doings is opening up some eyes. This whole on-going debate of proper disclosure on rec's and commentary is fascinating to me.

Also, remember when Cramer said he would wait until the battle was won before he jumped into RMBS? <gg>

I agree Betty. It is a well publicized trait of shorts to claim to be long and then boldly advertise their "sells" (supposedly indicating a top). I'm not sure that Cramer is doing this, since I'd venture to guess that he is being EXTRA careful with his proclamations ever since the cnbc debacle.

I've never seen any posts of Cramer's fund performance. Never seen it in print either.
