I converted 20K warrants and bought DF a really nice entertainment center for the Bahamas house. It might still turn out.
Still have 30k of the W's. The agreement I made was for a conversion @ $.05. I may be thick here, but I believe the warrants should be left as they are, and absorbed when conversion is motivated by the performance of the common.
Fill the shell and lets trade.

Who knows what they will do ... I know everyone wants the arbitrage to be non exsistent ... as long as the warrants are tradeable it is going to get arbitraged.

As far as warrants ... I bought from .09 to .22 and sold them all at .40 and put the gains in the P.

I told everyone I would exactly that.
