Agree with you on definition of *third party check*

Seems like Wit has hired some new customer support reps to
reply to emails. I sent this check yest and also sent an email
to members@witcapital letting them know that I have sent
this check by next day air and so they should get it today.

This funny customer support guy replies back saying "We did
not receive any check, so your check has not been deposited today"

Dont they even read the message?

Now, I have to wire some funds. And I have no idea what happens
to the check I mailed. Did they return it back to you?

Gee Mary, I see your attitude toward Wit is changing. Most people new to Wit have the same pie in the sky attitude (to begin with). After dealing with Wit, it quickly wears off.

Many newbies have slammed the old guard as being whiny (sp?). It's not whiny to expect a little professionalism from Wit. Especially when it's our money at stake.

Welcome to the club.

;-)

quite the contrary apparently - i was able to deposit a check that Vanguard VBS made payable to me by endorsing it on the back to us clearing.
