Regarding the name change (of the author of this thread) from "Prosperous Soul" to "ilh1" possibly being suspicious:

Any SI member can have their SI name changed by submitting a request to the webmistress or other SI overseer. I believe as long as you don't make a habit of it, they'll grant your name change request(s).

When your SI name is changed, it is changed throughout the SI database.
That is, every post you ever made reflects the new name change.
It's as if you never had the previous name. It would be nice if the post records showed what name was originally used for any given post, but that's apparently not the way it works.

So, yes, "ihl1" is/was "prosperous soul".

Every post "prosperous soul" ever made now appears to have been made by "ihl1".

If you hadn't previously noticed that "prosperous soul" had started the GNNX thread, you might not know now that person had changed their SI name.

At any rate, for "legal" purposes, I doubt anyone can hide by changing their SI name. SI most likely still has a record of what names you've used and when any one has made name changes upon request. But as far as I know, SI doesn't ask why anyone wants to make a name change. They just makes the change.

Incidentally, I'm not an authority on this. The foregoing is deduction based on my own observations. If anyone can correct my conclusions, please do so.
