It's been good for me while daytrading. Typically, if a server goes down, it auto-switches to another server.

I too was told "You will never regret it." and they were so right!

You can customize qcharts so easily.
The learning curve isn't as half as long as others. Just right click and double click everywhere <G>
There are many many "pros" who are willing to help you when you get stuck either here on through onelist.
QCharts is very responsive to fixing things and/or programming a great idea into the next upgrade.
The automatic switch server saves a lot of frustration and time.

Now, that is just for qcharts - since I have no experience with LevelII, someone else will have to answer that part.
