From where I stand I believe the market has been hovering below, above, and at support. Short term (days) uptrends within intermediate term downtrends (few weeks). We just need that "real big event" to cause capitulation either way.

I try not to think about the market too darkly, but I have to believe that the bigger money has been using this time to distribute.

I like a sale!
