The PP has been approved but I don't think they've closed it yet. Nowhere do they mention that they have issued shares.

This is some of my thoughts, many can put there input. I think that they are waiting till the "Friendly" insider shares become free trading I think in a week or two, that is when they are going to announce something big and sell some off to make some cash. They are keeping it down to shake nervous investors out and once the shares become close to free trading then it will start to move into the $1-$2 range. Trust me if this company is legit and will make good coin in the future (and I think it has the potencial) then this stock would have been long gone. Look at Bid.com, There sales are stagnet and no real massive revenue growth predicted but, still at $14.00. Just remember bid.com did the same thing. It went from $1.00 to $7.00 then back down to $2.00 and everyone went nuts then things happened and then they rocketed to $30.00. If they want to run it they will and have the cash to put this up to $50.00 if they wanted. There's always a reason. Just trying to find it is tough.

That's what I think, it's not going to be long. This week is more than likely going to be flat.
