I spoke with Rick Williamson yesterday and voiced my concern with the price drop and lack of substance and investor support in news releases. He assured me that they were working hard to bring investor value back in to stock. Rick seemed to be actively involved in shareholder concern and stated that it was NOT his policy to print PR's just for the sake of seeing CBQI in print. He told me that many deals were in the works and that UNTIL they were in stone he would refrain from putting out items which were lacking in substance or value for the shareholders. I assured him that I liked that policy and was tired of seeing so many of these stocks running up on hype and falling just as fast. I talked to him about the purported short in this stock..He said to me that HE was not clear on the short position and that he would be looking into that claim. He also stated that he was viewing the stock reports and had someone in New York that was doing the same and IF there was any short it would soon be known. I asked him about the CITX deal and he said it was not what was expected originally and that much bigger things were in the pipeline and to give him time and support to make it happen. He felt things were moving along and we (stockholders) would be very happy with the results. All in all Rick was very upbeat and stated that CBQI was expanding and adding more staff to handle the expected work load..he also stated that they were on planes at least once a week working on deals and that one in was growing much larger then first thought. I think JMO.. That Rick is going to make this happen, with all things on the Internet will it happen in the time I or any of us want it too? That remains to be seen! I am willing to wait for some upward movement to come within the next couple of weeks.. Until then I will continue to grab what I can and average down somemore. Regards Jeff
