No news here...volume was low for GLM anyway. Perhaps rotation into some techs going on...

I am confused since the last trade recorded at 16:49 EST, and not registered as late, was 15 1/32. this shows up on SI, yahoo, and quote.com. What's up is right. With a GLM close at 14 1/2 with a small volume, there is really no reason to worry. It will follow the overall OSX. IMO, the base should be 14 until the confirmation of OPEC's 90% compliance rate comes out.
