Thank you truedog for assistance. You were right about me
having already an feeling for E.V.s strangeness. I thought
I might as well throw in my fresh energy for a while. some
people need to be publicly opposed, otherwise listeners
might get the feeling they are agreeable, although it is just
that nobody wants to waist their time with such crap.

Also I enjoyed your request about neo- and paleoconservatism
I think I learned something about inside US I could not
have heard otherwise so easily.
Also it is notbale for me because Gustave J. seems to
falsely link me to neocon.

As far as I got it, you and neocon should now be concerned
about the cost of a standing peacekeeping force in Kosovo,
if those politicians stand fopr your opinion. Just don't believe
them that US can put the blame to Europe alone! The
US took leadership in the NATO together with Britain, they
had the strongest say and the most important word on what
targets to bomb whith which bombs.

It is not that the US work as a proxy for Germans, (as neocon said)
and now the Germans have to pay them. This assumption is
derogatory of the US. I think the Germans are willing to pay
their share and more, especially in a forthcoming rebuilding
process. But it will take time until this rebuilding process
can be started reasonably, and this is not the German's fault.
Not more than the US' fault.
Responsibility sharing doesn't mean picking out the raisins
for the US and later wait for others to clean up the mess.

Thank you for listening, a reply would be very nice.
