Danny, I don't think you understand the implications of this new policy. Let's say E*trade gets 1,000,000 shares of EELN, that's enough shares for 10,000 accounts. Guess how many IOI's E*trade will receive in 2 hours for EELN, especially when everyone emails their friends about the 2 hour window. My guess is, with about 1 million E*trade accounts, they will get at least 100,000 IOI's. Then you have a 1 in 10 chance, or a 10% chance.
Now what if E*trade only gets 100,000 shares of Juniper, think about it.
IMO, we will now have to put in about 10 IOI's to get allocated 1 IPO offering.
The lights have just gone dim bud, IMO.
