Hi, Wayne: They would have to join that SEC. Club for us to see "FACTS" >>>If Dave holds as many shares as I believe he does and if Les and others hold a good bit, perhaps using that site and doing some math, we could get a better idea of where we actually stand. But, I guess thats why they are BB.<<< There would have to be 144 reports filed and #4 when sell's or buys take place what a lot of paper work for everyone. Yet the investors would know as you said ""get a better idea of where we actually stand. If we were to know they would have filed with and become full reporting by now, don't you think????
