According to the way the SEC filing of the PP doc is worded I believe that all of what you say is possible. Probably more than possible, probable. The thing that leaves me any doubt is those here that continue to take what RG says and insist that RG is right in spite of what the wording in the doc's say. I for one would appreciate any clarification on this issue in writing from the company to put it to bed once and for all. Save having that done I believe what's in the SEC filings, not verbal defenses, regardless where they come from. People's money has been at stake all along and I for one stupidly bought more heavily into this thing when it was repeatedly posted back in the winter that there was a floor to the PP and that in fact it was (the PP) already in the public domain. Both statements proved fallacious and both statements are attributable to RG, through surrogate posters here on the thread. SC
