Brees, do you realize that 80% of the internet is clueless. It is not a laughing matter, any of this, but I get so tired of hearing threats of lawsuits by clueless people. I have thought plus I and some other shareholders with MAJOR losses have talked to attorneys about this stock, taking control and lawsuits. It was futile.

Knock yourself out on getting a lawsuit not even being a shareholder but an anticipated one that did not even exercise the warrant at .50 when the stock was $2.50.

You want DF's address to sue him like everyone else at a loss.

You may not like the fact but it is a fact that the BOD can do whatever they want to on some items without shareholder vote and the warrant exercise price is one of those small items.

But if it were to put to a vote to stop arbitrage don';t be surprised to see voting shareholders go for the stop at whatever measure has to be done.

Right now I do not think there is a BOD in place just Thompkins. The stock is not even trading and this is merely BS so it's a mute point.

:-)
