SCS Solars' Chairman Frank Wells commented, "All the milestones we have achieved this year play a very significant role in our future growth. It is fulfilling for SCS Solars to be ahead of our 1999 earnings projections and we are in the process of revising these upwards. We are also currently assessing a number of acquisitions and joint ventures - and expect to make positive announcements in the coming months."

My bet is that we won't have very long to wait to find out the answer to your question.

I agree, it is basically done. Still, technically speaking the deal has not closed yet and in theory investors could back out although I doubt it.
