My sense is that you are confusing Motorola's STATIC SRAMs efforts with DDR SDRAMs.


If you check back through this thread you will see that the discussion was indeed about SRAMs. You appear to be the confused one in this case:

Kash: The only other major item that caught my eye was the Viper version is the L2 cache running at full speed. And apparently they are going to use DDR-SRAM- very intiguing if true!!!
