I was informed that there are 27.5 million shares outstanding. Thus valuing KOOP at 1/2 of WEBMD puts value of KOOP at $91. The big issue is determining how to value KOOP vs WEBMD. The following gives some comparisons and subsequent KOOP prices.

if KOOP = WEBMD then KOOP value per share equals 181
if KOOP = .75 WEBMD then KOOP value per share equals 136
if KOOP = .5WEBMD then 91
if KOOP = .25 WEBMD then 45
if KOOP = .1 WEBMD then 18

This gives us some food for thought.. How does KOOP compare to WEBMD.. Hopefully greater than 10 %.

Please go and read the sec filings, by stating incorrect or unsupported numbers, you only give the "experienced smart know it all people" on this thread the chance to jump all over your statements and bash KOOP. Don't give them the chance, just cheer for the stock or just say something positive. By the way, I am one of those don't know it all dumb people who is long KOOP for now
