Red, since there is nothing we can do about it. Fair enough ? First of all, not really fair. And I'm not so sure there's anything we can do about it. But new lurkers could do something about it. They could unsuspectingly come along and buy at ever higher prices all the while not know about the dilution time bomb out in front of their hard earned. If you were a new lurker and were about to plunk down a $5,000 bill, are you trying to tell me you wouldn't want to know about these shareprice-in-quicksand immensely dilutive conversions? Get my point. Let the PP guys convert or short at these low prices and wind up with a much smaller piece of the company when they get get their base investment back. better yet get RG off his duff and renegotiate a floor into the PP for the next tranch that he's said is there all along and by nature of the SEC doc's does not appear to be anywhere in sight. Let him live up to the millions in comp he's being paid. He's really not earning his bux doing deals like this is he? Those are just some of the things that can be done. SC
