Fair question I bought them because with the $$$ I had, I wanted to get as many shares as possible (fuel additive) before the price shot up in the several dollar range. At which time I planned to exercise them and hold the common shares that were promised by the company. <<If, however, you were buying them so that you could quickly convert to common and arbitrage, then all I can tell you is that you usually reap what you sow.>> I didn't even understand this concept until well after people started doing it. I excercized some before the price dumped so I had some commons and Ws. By the time I figured it out the price had dropped below the .$50 level so there was no longer any reason to even consider it. That was not my intent when I bought them. Just like everyone else if I see a way to increase my profits on an investment I would probably give it a try. Seems like the best course of action would be to build in reasonable safe gaurds like privatising the Ws. Making preemptive strikes on investors who you think may have bad intentions is fool hardy, and fightin words. <<...then all I can tell you is that you usually reap what you sow.>> Yep, GaBard widely and wildly publisized this stock as a good investment. I first read about it in a posting of his. Whether he likes it or not, if he now takes a course of action against investors (whether descretely or loudly) he has betrayed those same people he encouraged in the past. Speculate as you will about my intentions it does not justify that.
