Minister Igor Sergeyev said his
ministry had drawn up proposals
for sending up to 10,000 troops to
a peacekeeping force in Kosovo,
but they would not be under
NATO command.

Clinton said later that Russian
troops would not have to fall under
NATO command. ''I don't expect
that to happen. But I do expect
that there will be an acceptable
level of coordination,'' he told
reporters.

Now, there is only one problem, US
will not let them have a foothold in Balkans and Serbians themselves
are too Europeans to join this Pan Slav stupidity. I don't see
Serbians wearing Russian clothings, drive Russian cars, or go shopping
in Arbar! gg They are Slavs as long as it is convinent for them, but don't care about
Russia! >>>

Yaacov, let me ask you a trick question? Would Serbs rather wear Russian or Albanian clothing in Kosovo? <GGG> Better yet they would have Made in China products...I bet you have them too <GGG>
