<<hope your ready for a day that has some volume>>

Well, excuuuuuse me, does only a day on which the index falls by 10% on extremely high volume, qualify as a "strong move"? What matters, is that stocks move by a greater % than ordiarily - and that is what happened today. I'm not saying it can't be worse. But I am absolutely justified in calling today's moves in stocks "strong" - from the point of view of someone involved in trading.

<<and Risk.......you obviosely dont understand them all then>> of course there are all kinds of risks - what if there is nuclear war and all systems melt? Point is, there are reasonable risks that you take into account. And I feel fully justified in complaining about a broker's performance if it affects my trading! Otherwise, what obligations does a broker have to their clients? Any at all? Or is it enough to say "we'll do as crappily as we please, because that's the risk you assume!" This is an outrage. The software goes down - and you get on MY GODDAMN case because I complain! Well - F*** O**!
