Jeff,

SDTI is supposed to open 2 offices in China at Beijing and
Shanghai 3rd qtr 1999. They already have sales offices in
Hong Kong , South Korea, Malaysia, Australia,and Japan. I would say
that recovery of Asia is very important to SDTI. They expect
strong growth in Asia in the next 5 years.
